Character: Born in the middle of Singing Vale near rushing streams and waterfalls reaching to the sky, Arcanimus was an only child, his father a decent enough man, albeit not very caring for little Arcan. His mother is another story though, everything he knows comes from her, as she is gentle and caring for her son. He's a bit of a dreamer like his mother and mostly like her, his father is only seen in him in bits and pieces and he's content with that. He inherited his mother's beautiful singing voice and his songs are often heard echoing through the high mountains that stretch over him, a trait he loves to use and even the birds fall silent to hear him. His name means "magic" and his gentle purple eyes always have a flicker of warmth and a child's hope shining in them, his chest glowing brighter still when he's happy and diminishing when he's troubled or sad. Now, as he grew older, even his mother was too busy to care for her only child, his father rarely around and he had to make due on his own to survive. That little spark of hope was still always present, even as hard winter months seemed hopeless and game was rare to be found, he made it through and always with a positive view as possible on things as he was not one to dwell on past happenings and lives one day at a time. He doesn't let worry consume him, he knows well that it will only make things worse. On one particularly harsh winter day as a storm started to form and he was further away from his current den then he ever was due to scarce game found in his usual hunting grounds, he stumbled upon a small village near a body of water and protected by mountains surrounding it. But he couldn't focus on that, as hunger quickly became unbearable and his stomach ached painfully.
