Sassy, cynical, stuck up, self-righteous, narcissistic, highly intelligent, speaks in a British accent. The middle child/prince of a far away kingdom, Balthazar ran away from home when he was young. He helped a prisoner escape in exchange for safe passage far away where his family would never find him. He never expected to become best friends with that prisoner, but they quickly did become best friends and traveling companions. Instead of dropping the prince off in some remote realm, the two traveled the stars, getting into trouble and exploring to their hearts' desire. Time passed though, and the old Balthazar withered away. His mind lived on though, and eventually he was reborn in an unexplored realm: Velukaelo, as a ketucari. Now there is much exploring to do, and so much more trouble to cause. Balthazar lives for revelry, anarchy, and makes most everything about himself. He doesn't keep many friends, preferring to travel alone since his old companion wasn't reincarnated with him.
