Stan is very...odd. While I wouldn't say "the villian" in every story, she is in most.  You see, she is far from nice unless she wants or needs something. Her kindness is a weapon and only takes interest if something rewards her with things she needs, protection, or just flat out is entertaining.  Essentially, the girl's a "gold digger" in the sense that she will take anything she can from you.  She has been known to work for or with notorious groups as long as they could "help her" in some way. Her loyalty depends on what you're willing to pay.

 

That said, Stan's only "true" friend is Miran, not really by choice. They met as cubs and Mir just...kind of never went away. Though, he hasn't betrayed the kadin yet either. That's the closest the two have to "friends," right?
