Good-natured and friendly, willing to believe the best of everyone almost to the point of naïvete. His surprisingly casual and forthright nature makes him come off as, well, a bit of a doofus. It's not necessarily even wrong, but underneath he's a canny politician skilled in diplomacy who's willing to go to bat for his people. Despite giving the impression of being a bit of an open book, he actually keeps more to himself than he actually voices.
