Chemist, adopted daughter of Ricky

Nadia was found as a cub in a slaver camp that was contracted for a hit by Maura. Of the cubs she was found with, she was the only survivor. This was especially surprising considering that she wasn't weaned yet like the other cubs were. Not even her tusks had come in yet. Ricky took her at Maura's objections, found some powdered milk amongst the supplies, and did his best to keep her alive until they reached a town large enough to have a doctor who had the training for ketucari cubs. After a flashpoint argument with Maura, he made his own way to town, where by that point he'd grown attached to her and formally claimed her as his own.

From that point on, she only ever knew him as Father. Thanks to his connections, he was able to raise her in relative peace, even adopting more cubs along the way as her siblings. Mostly orphans that Maura found after she and her father made amends. 

 

Nadia is very protective of her siblings. Somewhat snarky. Enjoys a good brain puzzle, and as such likes to make her own sudoku style puzzles for her to work on throughout the day.
