Character: Fallout is a boy. He comes from a burning city, where his family died. When he was a young cub his family was trapped inside of a burning building and he was forced to climb out of the air vents to safety. While inside of the air vents, he inhaled far too much smoke, and now suffers from a disease similar to chronic smokers' lung, and may have a touch of radiation leftover from the fire, as it started in an area of the city where nuclear power was being experimented with. He does not remember his original name, but he was given the name Fallout, by a helpful fireman after he was rescued, half dead in the lower air vents of the building. Since that time, he has spent most of his days recovering from this incident, and mainly from trauma. He misses his family greatly, and holds onto the hope that maybe some of them survived. Now that he is finally out of rehab for trauma and injuries, he is trying to learn how to survive in this world, as all of his childhood and teenage years were stollen from him. He is trying to learn the skills that it takes to become a ketucari, but many people shy away from him because of his perpetual cough and innocence. Sometimes he has weird radiation dreams, and other times he has nightmares about his family dying, and that awful night. Because of this, he tends to go without sleeping for long periods of time, and because of rejection, he shies away from a lot of people. He needs someone who will accept him and give him a chance, and will also kind of teach him how to be a ketucari, since he basically has the motor skills of a child.
