• The rose gene gives a pinkish effect to normal bases. Here are all the normal bases when affected by rose.
If your ketucari has the rose gene, be sure to use these palettes rather than the normal ones.

Like smoke, rose can cause a dorsal stripe. It can also cause dun striping, but only on the legs, withers, tailtip, and/or forehead. See dun horses for examples. Mehtar 06 exhibits this design choice.
