The Hallowed Tarn is a mysterious lake at the foot of Mount Vitian in Leto. Brave souls venture here to drink from its waters in the hopes of receiving a blessing. The shore and lakebed beneath the crystal clear waters shimmer with thousands of coins thrown in by pilgrims. What the Tarn gifts you with depends on your intentions.

Healing Your Ketucari
Healing your ketucari is the Tarn's main function. If your ketucari has lost armor from battles or adventures, they will be revived by the Tarn's water with 50% of their armor. Every healing piece for the tarn is also rolled for the following:
Nobility increase
Random adventure and/or battle stat increase

Resurrecting a Cub
The Tarn can also be used to bring a dead cub back to life. This applies to cubs in litters bred by you who were killed by a matriarch or were stillborn due an inbreeding penalty. Keep in mind that this is not meant to be easy as it would negate the consequences of these risks. As well, cub resurrection is meant to be another opportunity for your ketucari's story to build, and thus requires a lot of work so as to offer a sizable arc to their tale.
Before continuing, you should be aware that resurrected cubs have penalties that regular cubs do not have. They are:
5 less breeding slots than regular ketucari
-10 to all stats (this does not stack with the inbreeding penalty stat reduction)
If you still wish to proceed with resurrecting a cub, there are two ways to do this.
Beginner Difficulty contains runestones, prism scales, vials of ichor, hibridi effigies, tainted crystals, essences of faith, draconid fossils, unknown tomes, soulseeds, and pulsing amulets.
Medium Difficulty contains king's blood, Letonian wheat, soul prisons, bloodoath insiginias, luminescent insignias, sacred fruit, fragments of Oreki's orb, ancestral relics, aged wine, and mysterious statuettes.
Harsh Difficulty contains legendary hides, forged elemental cores, ornate eggs, blooms of divinity, Lucedarian silk, enemy heads, automaton parts, binding ink, canopic jars, and ceremonial swords.
Rules:
The litter the dead cub is in must have been bred by you. You are not allowed to sell dead cubs unless they have been brought back to life by you, the breeder.
A player may only revive one cub every three months.
In litters with multiple dead cubs, only one cub total can be resurrected from the litter. Meaning, if you resurrect one cub, no other cubs can be revived from that same litter.
You may not make deals with other players for dead cubs. They must be resurrected by the breeder before any deals are made. If you choose to go around this rule and the deal does not work out, the group cannot help you as these deals are against our rules.
All ten items must be gathered by the same ketucari, the one who is trying to resurrect the cub. These means it will require ten adventure pieces at minimum if you are lucky and do not get duplicate items. Remember that all ten items must be different. Your best bet is to adventure in different zone difficulties (all of which have 10 different items) to minimize your chance of duplicates.

Receiving an Elemental Blessing
The Tarn is also a place where your ketucari may receive an elemental blessing. At the moment, the prize for fulfilling one of these prompts is purely cosmetic. Additional bonuses/skills in the future are possible, but not set in stone. What is an elemental blessing, you ask? This is a physical sign that your ketucari has been blessed by a god and received a special power as a result. While these provide no in-game bonuses, you may have fun with what your ketucari does with their powers in their personal story.
Successfully completing a prompt for an elemental blessing will allow you to add elemental accents to your ketucari's import sheet. You can see an example of this with Aiesa 628, who has the nature essence of ice:

If you choose the water blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to the Obsidian Bluffs. There they will find the domain guardian Nanai. Your ketucari must challenge her to a swimming race. While they will not be able to beat her in her own element, all they must do is manage to keep up. If they can avoid getting left in her wake and losing sight of her before the race ends, they will receive the nature essence of water.
If you choose the air blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to the Ilahaesa Mountains. There they must locate an Ilahaesa Mountain Glider that is big enough to ride. Your ketucari must jump on its back and hang on tight as the startled creature takes to the air and tries to free itself. If they can stay on until the creature lands from exhaustion, they will receive the nature essence of air.
If you choose the ice blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to the Kanibar Snowfields. There they will find an army of forged snow elementals created powerful hibridi. Your ketucari must defeat as many of the forged elementals as they can and gather their cores. If they can collect enough ice cores, they will receive the nature essence of ice.
If you choose the plant blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to the Viridian Tangle. There they will find that an enormous, powerful banshee hantu has been trapped by a poacher. Your ketucari must calm the beast and find and a way to free it from the trap without being killed themselves. If they are succesful, they will receive the nature essence of plants.
If you choose the earth blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to the Sunye Wastes. There they will find themselves in the middle of a violent sandstorm. Your ketucari must brave the sandstorm to locate one of Zadehdin's lost puppies (artistic liberty as to the pup's appearance is allowed) and return it safely to its den. If they are successful, they will receive the nature essence of earth.
If you choose the light blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to Silverglade. There they will find themselves in a gigantic temple made of glass, containing crystals and mirrors that bounce light every which way. At the center there is a pedestal that holds a sacred gem. Your ketucari must find a way to arrange the mirrors and crystals in such a way that the light is directed toward the gem, giving it power. If they can solve the puzzle, they will receive the nature essence of light.
If you choose the shadow blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to the Gusting Cavern. There they will meet up with shadow clones of themselves, which will assail your ketucari with damaging words pertaining to their insecurities and feelings of guilt and regret. Your ketucari must fight these clones and win without crumbling under the weight of their weaknesses. If they are successful, they will receive the nature essence of shadow.
If you choose the poison blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to Antikutan. There they will find themselves trapped between a sleeping Guro and a horde of revenants. Your ketucari must escape by coating themselves in Guro's caustic saliva, the smell of which will keep the revenants from attacking if only for a short time. If they manage to make it out alive, they will receive the nature essence of poison.
If you choose the fire blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to Kandriya. There they will find themselves faced with a raging Tanqorah, whose back has been skewered with enemy weapons from a recent battle. Your ketucari must end Tanqorah's rampage by jumping on her back and pulling the weapons out while avoiding a fiery death as a result of the molten lava bursting out of her wounds. If they are succcessful, they will receive the nature essence of fire.
If you choose the lightning blessing, a portal will open in the Tarn's waters and take your ketucari to the Singing Vale. There they will find themselves at a high elevation, surrounded by nothing but mists swirling around pillars of rock. The guardian Hianlian attempt to knock your ketucari off of the pillars by sending lightning bolts after them. Your ketucari must dodge the lightning by jumping from pillar to pillar. If they can reach Hianlian's den without falling, they will receive the nature essence of lightning.
Successfully completing a prompt for an elemental blessing will allow you to add elemental accents to your ketucari's import sheet. You can see an example of this with Aiesa 628, who has the nature essence of ice:

Once your ketucari has earned a blessing for a particular element, you will be able to add the accents pertaining to the element to their import. The rules for this are fairly loose. These accents can be things such as turning your ketucari's horns or eyes into that element or (if they've chosen fire) adding flames around their wrists, for example. Another example would be to have moss or flowers growing from the back of a ketucari with the plant blessing. The only rules for this are that 1) the accents may not resemble a marking and 2) the accents may not cover more than 25% of the body.
Physical mutations and items that represent the element are fine, but should have the actual element on them to avoid being confused with other genes and items - eg. aquatic fauna for Water can have water or bubbles on them, or be made of water - this avoids overlap with Pet Licence.
These mutations should still not mimic genes the ket does not have.
