Notable Relationships
Xerexador: A mustelid fire god from another world's pantheon, Xerexador is Danuoc's natural elemental opposite. She met him while visiting Salamander Island and got on with him surprisingly well, probably due their weasel-like behaviors. As he does not belong on Velukaelo, Danuoc is rarely seen with him but still seems to love him dearly.

Personality: In short, Danuoc is a goofball. Playful and energetic, she can sometimes be found racing boats up the river and helping fisherman herd fish into their traps. While generally a friendly goddess, Danuoc has a grisly appetite. In times of scant offerings, she has been known to snatch villagers from the riverside to make a meal out of them. Rarely, she will venture out of the water and prey upon herdbeasts.

History
Danuoc is a minor goddess native to the rivers that runs through the Plains of Messus. She has been worshiped for centuries by the inhabitants of the plains, who make offerings to her in the hopes that she will provide good conditions for boats and a bountiful catch of fish.
