History

Qarakarja and her brother Naugeti were orphaned at a very young age when their parents, also cattle deities, were killed by ketucari for their body parts. Before making their final stand, their parents managed to hide them in the forest of Seijalka, where the dog goddess Ryno also made her home. Ryno discovered the two calves and immediately took them in, raising them as her own. Growing up in the peaceful atmosphere of Seijalka's forest, the two calves grew into well-rounded individuals who harbored no ill will toward their parents' murderers.

Qarakarja showed interest in the healing arts from a very young age and, fortunately for her, she was in exactly the right place to learn. After years of studying and learning all she could from the teachers in Sei's forest, she left home in search of new techniques and to help the poor villages of Darsha. Her thirst for knowledge and passion for helping those in need has earned her a position of love and reverence in Darsha, particularly on the Plains of Messus.
