Notable Relationships

Naugeti and Qarakarja: Ryno adopted Qarakarja and her brother Naugeti after their parents were killed by ketucari. She treats them as if they were her own children.

Asli: Asli was Ryno's owner at one time. She was a stray dog who persistently followed him when he was living a life disguised as a mortal while healing from wounds caused by Anti. When his efforts to shoo her away failed, he grudgingly accepted her into his life and soon grew to love her. She stayed by his side until old age began to take its hold on her. Asli, while recognizing that it was wrong to favor her over other mortals, couldn't stand the thought of losing her and essentially granted her immortality by turning her into a god.

Personality

Alignment: Lawful good (honor)
Personality: Since being made into a god, Ryno is no regular mutt. Human-level intelligence and the ability to speak have shown her to be a saucy and gruff individual with a heart of gold. She is protective and unfailingly loyal. She is street-smart and wise and treats the orphans of Seijalka's forest like her own puppies.

History

Once a dime-a-dozen street dog, Ryno has adapted into the position of god since being turned into one by Asli. When Asli's stint as a mortal ended and he had to return to his duties, he left Ryno in the forest of Seijalka both for safe keeping and because he thought she would thrive there. Ryno has called the forest her home ever since and has done an exceptional job of guarding it and its inhabitants. It is said that Asli still visits his dog from time to time, though always in disguise so as not to draw too much attention.
