Kohtoyasa: Although Kohto is technically Sei's niece, she is far older than him and he sees her as more of a big sister. Kohto was active in Sei's life as he was growing up and the two have an affectionate relationship. Kohto even went so far as to save Sei after he had been nearly killed by ketucari who sought to sell his body parts on the black market.
Oreki and Noname: Sei loves his parents dearly in spite of his mother's frustrating attitude. He visits them often on Oreki's home planet.
Arevalous: Sei has a good relationship with his twin sister. Though she is mute, Sei communicates with her through sign language and writing.
Notable Relationships
Neiva: Neiva is young woman Seijalka met as a child while they were both students under Kohtoyasa's mate Xaeros. Sei had a crush on her when he was young, which developed into more serious feelings when he got older. Neiva did not reciprocate these feelings at first, seeing him as more of a little brother, but eventually entered a romantic relationship with him after the two of them went through a few ordeals. Scholarly and talented, she shares many of Seijalka's interests and the two of them make for quite the ingenious couple. If the two are seen together, Neiva can sometimes be heard calling Sei "Llama Boy" and "Seillama" much to his embarrassment.Kohtoyasa: Although Kohto is technically Sei's niece, she is far older than him and he sees her as more of a big sister. Kohto was active in Sei's life as he was growing up and the two have an affectionate relationship. Personality: Seijalka is an unabashed nerd. He loves to learn and has a massive collection of books in a wide range of subjects. He is humble and shy, tending to become embarrassed when praised. His interest in learning has turned him into a bit of a hoarder as he enjoys collecting junk he can take apart and put back together (as well as shiny baubles that are just pretty to look at). It is against Sei's personal code to ever misuse his power and, in fact, he hardly makes use of it at all. Though his shyness at first led him to want to stay under the radar, his quirky and kind personality has earned him a massive following of disciples who live in his forest. This works well for Sei, as he can depend on them to defend their sanctuary "fair and square" instead of unleashing his own power.

History
Seijalka and his sister Arevalous were the last children born to Oreki, the oldest of Velukaelo's deities. Oreki chose to raise them differently than she had her other children by actually being an active participant in their lives, alongside her mate Noname. As a result, the two are far more stable and well-rounded than their half-siblings. Much of Sei's childhood was spent under the tutelage of Kohto's mate Xaeros, where he was instilled with a desire to learn as much as he could about everything he could while honing his own abilities. While there was some worry about what Sei would be capable of due to his powerful lineage, it quickly became evident that he was capable of keeping himself in check because of his own moral compass and modesty (with his mother's threat of death influencing him just a little).
