Dick's a friendly, if combatitive, officer of the law in Messus. Though he's not the best at keeping quiet about things that shouldn't be public knowledge, he's hardworking and reliable and has managed to climb his way through the ranks of the MPD.
Though friendly, he's short tempered and tends to snap and bristle when annoyed. He wears his heart on his sleeves, and his short temper is typically short lived, as are his boughts of most other sour moods. Friendly, affable, laughs at most jokes, and is easily flustered.

When off the clock he can usually be found eating, hanging around or guarding Dead Hearts, and generally making himself known and friendly with his community.
