Secretly two lawyers in a trenchcoat.

Asuka was just your standard Messus criminal defense attorney until his mentor, Chiyo, was murdered-- a failed attempt to ressurect her ended up with him playing host to her spirit.

It's an awkward arrangement, to be sure, but neither of them actually seem all that bothered by it.

(As an OOC note: Asuka is usually the standard color scheme and Chiyo the Chromata alt, but they do have conscious control over their Chromata and so it's not a hard-and-fast rule)

Asuka Kanzaki - 神崎飛鳥

Asuka is probably best described as a jumpy, nervous mess. Despite that, he's fiercely loyal to his friends-- even ones he hasn't seen in a long time-- and has a hard time letting go of something once he's gotten started. He's kind-hearted to a self-sacrifiical extreme, though it sometimes gets a little buried under his bitterness. He's deeply sarcastic and quick with a quip-- especially when irritated-- but that doesn't change his willingness to believe the best of everyone until proven otherwise. 

Despite his fierce determination, he doesn't actually have all that much faith in himself. 

Grew up in Messus in a city ketucari family, and doesn't really feel all that comfortable being rough and tumble in the outdoors.

Chiyo Yamanashi - 月見里千世

Chiyo was a prosecutor with one goal: Find the bastard who murdered her father and kidnapped her brother, and drag him in front of the world. She thought she had a chance to do that when her brother turned back up as a prosecutor himself.  A very noble goal were she not violently murdered herself.

A failed resurrection attempt trapped her in her mentee's body, sharing his headspace with him.

Chiyo is a dedicated and strong willed kadin. A bit hard-headed, a bit impulsive, but compassionate, devoted, and as sly as a fox. In life she was a Talik master and spirit channeler of the Yamanashi line, but now she mostly does eerily accurate Tarot Readings and serves as a seer to bring in extra cash for Asuka.

 

Co-Ownership rules: If IIIXKitsuneXIII uses or comissions this ketucari the loot goes to xim, unless we are collaborating a piece, in which case the loot goes to me unless stated otherwise. Xe is also free to use slots to her for xir own breedings without a permission comment from me. Xe is also free to apply potions and other similar items at xir leisure. (Technical note: Kitsu owns Chiyo and I own Asuka, but since they both share a body... )
