Okay it's more accurate to say he's an ADHD disaster who never got the support he needed in school and the results have been that he is woefully uneducated, socially oblivious to anything more subtle than a 2x4, and has the impulse control and emotional regulation of your average toddler who's just discovered Coffee.
He's dramatic and stubborn as a mule, and is kindly described as "the place where plans go to die".
Due to his impulsivity, short temper, and immunity to any sort of long-term planning, Akihisa has a tremendous knack for getting himself and everyone around him into trouble no matter his intentions. Tends to be the butt of the jokes around people he knows, and is usually talked about in the same tone that someone's extremely well loved but extremely poorly behaved chihuahua, the one who stress eats your favorite shoes.

Graciously, he's a pretty chill guy who couldn't hold a grudge for more than five minutes if he tried, and despite being a complete hopeless flirt he's actually pretty damn good to the kadin he hooks up with--too good, really, given his tendancy to be unable to track his money and inability to hold a job (one must wonder how he hasn't been blacklisted by half of Messus's businesses.) He usually winds up broke and dumped and back to cheerfully drifting through Messus without a care in the world.
He is also, despite his best efforts, straighter than an arrow.
