The eldest of the four siblings, Otieno was also the first to leave their adopted home. He quests for strength for his own reasons, and cares little about the costs-- particularly to others. His unfailingly polite demeanor masks a heart as black as pitch and not a small sadistic streak. Other people (whether Ketucari or otherwise) only have value to him for one of two reasons: either furthering his blind search for power, or his personal pleasure. Even his siblings mean little to him-- particularly after his sister swore to bring him to justice for his crimes. Although he won't go out of his way to harm them, he also does not particularly care whether they live or die. What he plans to do once he's achieved his goals is something he has not breathed a word of to any other.
