Dye could easily be called a cryptid. Between a steely disposition, shapeshifting powers, unexpected jokes, and survival skill,  she's certainly quite the individual.

She's very quick to make witty remarks and gets good fun out of messing with others, quick to retort to any insult or remark she may receive, no matter how petty the response may be. She's very susceptible to flattery, so it's easy to win her over by giving some honeyed compliments. Even if she won't show it on the outside, you've definitely ranked higher in her mind.
Dye remains serious in nearly all situations, and those around her get some good comedic mileage of her messing with people apparently stone-faced. Despite all this, she manages to be very intimidating, and as a seasoned warrior, carries a hard-earned reputation with her. She's deadpan, stone-faced, but a good friend when it counts, even if it comes more in a form of quiet understanding or someone to vent to over someone who will actively seek you out to offer comfort.

For years, Dye trained and traveled with her best friend "Rapture", a speckled, pink Ketucari infamous for his terrible memory. They shared a close, platonic bond - but were separated under unfortunate circumstances, leading each to end up looking for the other somewhere else.
