Hey there! Unfortunately we can't proc this piece in its current state. It can be kept as a separate activity piece if you want, or partially repurposed as a Phase 3 Entry for the Notorious two if they remain Notorious.
In order for a Phase 2 Piece to be rollable it must take place in the Oversea, Zolk's Crater, or the Paschara Gardens. Paschara itself is NOT available for Phase 2 entries and was not revealed to the player-base until Phase 3 went live.
