TW: Unknowing Body Modification (Day 1 Trick or Treat Prompt)

Finally awake and brightly alert, Rashka'a'nom rolled to her side. Her clawed hands press up on the ground to lift her form, but it felt wrong. Rashka passed a glance down, and her legs were thin, spindly, and ended in hooves! A sharp scream came from her maw, and it also sounded wrong, like that of a drowning equine. A mane, tattered and full of water, fell at the sides of her newly elongated neck. She wasn't herself, the ketucari worried she had been switched in body and spirit, and rushed on to the nearest clear body of water.

Her gate had changed as well, instead of the lope her draconic form had possessed, she was now forced to trot in a pattern unlike the one she was born with. She didn't dare run, Rashka would just trip and fall. The lake was calm and not windy, making it easy to glare at the water and see what had happened.

Her own coloring, her own splotches and worls, were on this new form. She let out a sigh, at least she was still herself, something or someone else had just transformed her body into this new creature. But what was she? Looking back into the dark and calm waters, Rashka noted a very equine shaped form, hooves at the end of thin legs, an elegant neck held a head that was obviously horse, but the teeth, the teeth were sharp and many were longer than the lips of the creature. She couldn't tell if this was because she was originally ketucari or if this new body also was predatory. Along the spine of the neck was a flat, mangled, waterlogged mane, it had sticks and leaves tangled in the mass as well. It looked like she had a bath in a swamp. The tail was much the same, horse shaped and wet. 

She stood along the banks for a while, contemplating going back to her den and just sleeping whatever magical nonsense this was away. But she could have fun with it as well... 

The water felt amazing as she slid her new body into the dark, and gloomy lake. Almost as if she were made for it. Her mane and tail started by floating on the water, but only for a moment as they floated down into the murky depths with her. Rashka'a'nom spent some time just relaxing in the muddy lake bed, her normal body requiring air and would be drenched with wet feathers, something she was not a fan of. 

The ketucari lay at the bottom of the lake for a while, before growing bored. It wasn't long before someone else came to the lake, unfortunately on the opposite side from Rashka, but the faint form of another ketucari gave her a wickedly fun idea. Before long Rashka'a'nom was waiting in the middle of the lake, biding her time until she saw another shadow flit over the lake topside. Quick as she could, a cold screech filled the air as she rushed the creature, scaring them into retreat if they were Ketucari, and she would hunt them down if they were prey. With a fit of laughter hurting her sides, Rashka drew back into the waters, waiting for the next scare victim of the Kelpie she had become. Hoping the next would be a snack, she was hungry.
