Character: Rude, clever, and manipulative.  A bit of a bully towards smaller Ketucari.   If she can't fight her way out of a sticky situation, she will think of a plan to escape, and later, take revenge.  She has lots of self-esteem and looks down on the other, dull witted Ketucaris.  Very talkative and loves confusing villagers, mostly to trick them out of their valuables.  She hoards stolen weapons and other dangerous items in her lair.  Vela likes using her strong build to her advantage, often pushing around the smaller sized Ketus if they get in her way.  When fighting, she is as dangerous as she looks and will use any method to win against stronger opponents.   Vela tends to stay to herself as her abrasive behavior keeps her from making many friends.   Has a strange habit of sleeping in random places.
