He was Dead from the moment he was born. Dee was born in a different body, stamped with the mark the Bluebloods leave their dead with. The sole survivor of a litter lost, he was doomed the moment he was born without horns on his forehead - a must for anyone in the Bluebloods pack. Never given a name, he called himself as he was to be - Dead.

When he learned to fight back against his sire, he was taken to the tarn, and he slowly drifted away. Surely this was the end - but no, instead of darkness, he woke again in a new body, one of the cubs from the lost litter. Unable to tell if he was alive or dead, the cub trudged along in his new body, desperate to find something to hold onto.
