Character: Silas spent most of the beginning years of his life as a slave to Akadri, used as a weapon, a tool. Larger than most, Silas is a giant among Ketucari, and that was used against him - many view Silas as stupid, simple. He was a decorativep piece for some, with his long feathers and radiant speckled coat. Yet his use has left him battered, his feathers now a bit ragged and torn. His experience with the two-legged sort has left him jaded about the ideals of others, but mostly his strives to repair himself, and to never do unto others as was done onto him.  For the most part, Silas is sweet. He tries to be thoughtful, and careful of the feelings of others. Yet he's well aware that allowing anyone to realize he's a bit of a softy might get him killed, or thrown into the swamp, or back as a slave all over again - so he's taken on a rougher, angrier persona to keep himsel alive. At times ruthless and curt in his conversation, Silas prefers to travel the world solo. Still - starved and abandoned, Silas craves affection, and it won't take much to crack his exterior.
