Scarab seems to have a knack for injuring herself. If there is a root within her general vicinity, you can almost guarantee she'll manage to fall over it. Perhaps because of this, she has a very high pain tolerance and seems to bounce back even after quite major injuries. Even so, keep her away from sharp objects and large drops. She can be very stubborn when she wants to be and if she thinks she can do something better she won't hesitate to tell you. Scarab seems to have a bottomless pit for a stomach.
