When Cryas was young, he was taken from his home (smuggled, actually)... That said, what came next was not exactly pleasant. Cry was forced to train at a very young age to essentially become a deadly weapon as his captor believed "God Killers were the biggest prize to catch." That...didn't exactly go well. He was clumsy, on the smaller side (as far as Kets go), and fairly fragile back then. He did his best, but was ultimately seen as a "waste of time." However, when he met a certain someone, everything changed. The pair saw something in each no one else had. This ixi was small as well and also seen as a failure for his "weak" heart. As a result, the two stuck to each other like glue, completing each other with what their partner lacked. While they usually remain in a very secluded and small spot in the Sunye Wastes, Ace has tried to push Cryas to discover the rest of Velukaelo. As such, most of the time Cryas is often awkward or absolutely astonished with his own world given the severe isolation he had undergone. He often needs a little help socializing with other Kets, but is genuinely curious and is working hard to learn to fit in.
While it's evident through their banter, Ace and Cry are the closest they could ever be, but with others, they act simply like coworkers or like an employee and their boss. They definitely like keeping their line of work secret...often times only meeting in secret as well.
Currently, Cryas is looked at as nomad favoring Kandriya and Terendum, but he still attempts to try and follow his "ole boss' " activity in the Sunye Wastes. He believes it's his job to dismantle the little "society" that was created. He is also in search of his world hopping mate (Baraja/Ace), who he secretly believes can only body hop when summoned.
