Current Events, UPDATED

With the release of our major event Ocean Shadows, several other things are happening!

The Cartography Guild has introduced Scouting into your regular Adventuring options! Much like Ventures, your ketucari can be doing anything in a Scouting outing, but the focus of the piece must be heavily on the background! There's information in the linked page on how much minimum detail we expect for a scouting, but if you've been looking for an excuse to practice your backgrounds, this is a good one!
Scouting will bring back Perception and Intellect drops - so Herbs, Cooking supplies, Artifacts, and Engineering supplies - and will also have a chance to bring back treasure maps! If you get a treasure map, you can go on an additional scouting adventure to find a high-value treasure chest!

Ochredari's Forge is reporting that they can now make Bone Armor! Bone Armor has the defensive power of Leather armor, but can amplify your attunement damage!

Kenkasaei's Hovel has added a Rebreather to their craftable items! With this ocean exploration, you'll likely need it!

Fauna depictions now only have to be 25% rather than 50%! This should help with some larger creatures in Ocean Shadows...

Quests can optionally be used to learn Skills once again! They just aren't the only way to learn skills!

The Breeding Roller has been updated by @pawstepsinthednow , bringing with it the following features!

1: Reduced Errors

2: Easier to update for new genes

3: Slightly more granular Matriarch Kills to account for new items

4: Dominant Genes can now throw Dominant Genes  15% for common, 10% for uncommon, 5% for rare

Singing Vale Raid Soon

The Singing Vale is now at 211/250 points towards a raid at time of writing this (and Anarchie is planning Something to get that number up a lot more after the event) - we'll continue to alert you to a raid happening somewhat soon until it hits! Get your ketucari's skills and armor ready to take on Hianlian! Remember that Hianlian's attacks will be scaled to your ketucari's armor, so even low-armor ketucari can enter - armor does affect some things, however, such as amount healed!
