Leader of the Fell Rising pack, a branch of the Bluebloods separataed by a Rift accident a long time ago. Misericorde saw an opportunity to worship a god of his Own choosing, instead of the Golden Dragons. He settled on the Umbrals, and forged a Pact to give one a mortal vessel with which to invade the mortal plane.

Coniving, dramatic, controlling, and cunning, Misericorde has had many children in his efforts to create a suitable meatsuit for his god. He holds Fell Rising in an iron grip--while one is theoretically free to leave any time, Misericorde will ensure that that is as difficult as possible.
